Mission

To provide high quality, professional curriculum that is rigorous, current, relevant, sequential, and progressive which helps educate and develop Soldiers and noncommissioned officers in support of lifelong learning.

Vision

CD&E will set the standard for curriculum development and education for the NCO of 2020 and beyond. We are committed to creating and sustaining professional and learner-centered products that link NCO education with students’ experiences focused on six leader core competencies: readiness, leadership, operations, training management, program management, and communications.
