Mission


The History Office advises the commandant on historical matters and provides periodic histories of the Academy, historical articles and reports. The historian develops military history curriculum and provides staff support including coordination of staff rides. He collects and maintains Academy historical documents including portraits, class photos and oral histories. The historian serves as the NCO Corps historian and provides historical information to the NCO corps, the Academy and the public.

Location


The History Office is located in the south end of Bldg. 11274 on Biggs Field, Fort Bliss. Bldg. 11274 is just west of the USASMA Administration Building on SGT E. Churchill St.
